Chef knows a bad cut of meat - why try to pass off? - Breakfast in morning: Great food but again, were understaffed with a very long wait (we gave the waitress a 25% tip NCS she was working so hard). Had dinner at the Italian restaurant - Service was very good but very understaffed so food took forever to arrive and veal was inedible (they did take off bill). The Inn is an old Holiday Inn whereas the Tower is a luxury resort - we felt really ripped off :-(. Being at the Inn requires using their shuttle which is up to 20 minutes to wait for, then picking up from all the hotels. Our family was at the Tower with all the amenities there yet our room rates were the same.
We'd been here before and we're happy with our experiences but not so much this go around: - Stayed at the Inn at Winstar because hotel was sold old.
Was a good show, very well managed with good acoustics (my husband is a musician and he was impressed). My family and I came to see Paul Simon play last Saturday night.
